Senior Growth Marketing Operator — AI-Driven & Incrementality

Justlife is the GCC’s leading super app for home services, founded in Dubai in 2015. We’re hiring our second Senior Growth Marketing Manager to co‑own growth across UAE and KSA, building the engine that scales from regional leader to category‑defining player.

You’ll partner with the VP of Marketing and cross‑functional leaders, own demand generation, run AI‑driven experiments, and hire a small senior team. This role requires hands‑on performance marketing and a track record of incrementality.
