Senior Group Leader – Medical Coding

Key responsibilities

• Able to deliver as per client SLAs

• Create and maintain all process documentation and update it on a timely basis

• Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review and root cause analysis

• Assist with new team member training

• Ensure attrition and shrinkage targets are met

• Review overall staff performance

• Process KPI, dashboards and metrics preparations
