Senior Groomer (Commission)

This is a grown-up grooming role. You'll run your own chair in a fully-equipped salon with a steady stream of clients flowing in from our daycare and boarding side. If you're tired of corporate chains, hourly rates that cap your earnings, or salons that don't trust you to make calls on a dog — this is for you. Commission-based means the more you book, the more you earn. We're looking for someone who treats their chair like a small business.

What you'll do

Full-service grooming: bath, brush, blow-dry, breed-standard cuts, hand scissoring, hand stripping, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary work

Manage your own schedule and rebookings

Build (or bring) a loyal book of clients who specifically book with you

Maintain your station, tools, and grooming records

Communicate clearly with owners on grooming goals, before-and-afters, and any concerns

Refer clients to daycare/boarding (and vice versa)
