Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Oxford Solutions is working with an engineering consulting client seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead and expand geotechnical engineering services within the organization. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The role offers strong visibility and leadership responsibility, with opportunities to guide projects, mentor staff, and help grow the company’s geotechnical practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations including planning, field coordination, and technical oversight


• Perform and review geotechnical analyses such as slope stability and settlement evaluations


• Serve as technical lead on geotechnical engineering projects from investigation through design recommendations
