We are hiring a Senior Generalist- HRBP to play a pivotal role in advancing the people agenda at Eaton. This is a critical hire responsible for partnering with business leaders to deliver a strong talent pipeline, effective leadership capability, and operational excellence. The role uniquely blends strategic HR business partnering with hands-on execution across talent management, employee relations, and People operations.
