Are you an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in Private Equity Fund Accounting? We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our growing team.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations

• Prepare and review capital account statements and investor notices

• Track and maintain carried interest allocations and vesting schedules

• Perform monthly cash reconciliations and journal entries

• Maintain fund accounting records and trial balance reconciliations

• Document fund allocation methodologies, policies, and procedures

• Support tax withholding tracking and GP commitment reporting

• Assist with process improvements and technology implementation initiatives
