Senior Full-Stack Developer

We’re hiring aSenior Full‑Stack Application Developer (5+ years) who can ship production‑grade web applications end‑to‑end and use modern AI/agentic workflows responsibly (high‑signal output, not AI‑generated noise).

AI/Agentic Development

• Agentic spec‑driven development (turn ambiguous asks into crisp specs + acceptance criteria)
• AI coding assistant power user (Claude/Codex or similar)
• Understands how to avoid AI slop (hallucinations, over‑abstraction, unreviewable diffs, “works on my machine” code)
• Awareness of context engineering / RPI
• Understands context dumb zones and uses back pressure to prevent runaway complexity
• Strong problem decomposition (right‑size tasks for agents with verifiable outputs)
