Senior FP&A Leader, Global Manufacturing Growth - Remote

Aes is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to serve as a strategic finance partner across two manufacturing businesses. Responsibilities include developing budgets, performing variance analyses, and delivering dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a manufacturing context. This position is remote, based in Chile.
