Job Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or a closely related discipline, strictly supported by a verified UAE MOHESR Equivalency Certificate.
• Minimum of 4 years of verifiable, hands‑on experience executing strict food safety audits, specifically utilizing HACCP principles and ISO 22000 standards within the GCC commercial sector.
• Exceptional conflict resolution and regulatory enforcement skills. Complete fluency in English is mandatory; conversational proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is highly preferred to effectively communicate legal warnings to diverse kitchen staff.
