Senior Firmware Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Firmware Manager located in Changi, Singapore.

• Manage firmware design team, responsible for projects of various size and complexity.
• Manage all project design activities, including multiple electrical product firmware design, feasibility studies, from project start until stable production (SP), within project baselines.
• Provide leadership and support to design team leaders (EE & FW) to ensure programs adhere to the Flex Product Life Cycle Process (FPLC) and are executed to plans, and customer issues are handled properly.
• Ensure collaborative cross‑functional teamwork to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control all phases of the customer programs.
• Communicate customer requirements, scope, schedule and budget constraints to cross‑functional design teams.
