Senior Financial Analyst, LATAM Finance & Strategy

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for International Finance – LATAM in Bogotá, Colombia. You will lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for LATAM, partnering with regional and country finance teams to deliver insights and drive decisions.

The role requires 4–6 years of FP&A or accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to operate in a multinational matrix. English and Spanish are required, with Portuguese preferred.
