Senior / Field Service Engineer

• Participates in site survey and siteimplementation for all valves relating initiatives.
• Troubleshoots valves and control instrumentsissues at site for customers.
• Works with customer service team to scheduleand prepare execution plan for service jobs.
• Conducts valve repair work both in-house andat customers site when required.
• Works with other teams within Final ControlGroup to generates report for customers on root cause analysis.
• Works with the business unit on customer'schallenges and derive solutions to solve other issues that they are facing.
