Senior Field Engineer (Transportation & Installation)

Job Overview

The Senior Field Engineer prepares for and executes offshore installation operations.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Operations Engineer to develop execution methodologies for offshore projects
• Provides input for the selection of the required marine spread including vessels, crew, and equipment
• Provides key inputs for engineering and planning to be developed
• Detailed reviewing of internal and external deliverables (drawings, reports, procedures, risk assessments, scopes of work, subcontracts)
• Define and order installation aids
• Specify and identify suitable vessels
• Preparation of subcontractor scopes of works followed by the award and execution of the subcontract
• Preparation of installation procedures
• Prepare and perform constructability and operational risk assessments
• Mobilize equipment and vessels to execute work scopes
