Senior Facilities Manager - Smart & Sustainable Ops

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA) is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of its buildings. This role covers comprehensive facilities management responsibilities, including contractor supervision, space planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Successful candidates will manage building infrastructure, coordinate events, and ensure scheduled maintenance is carried out in line with regulatory requirements. A degree in Engineering or related field along with at least 5 years of relevant experience is required.

The position is on a one-year contract, potentially extendable based on performance.
