Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Expansion Experience Specialist to own the customer experience across Preply’s expansion — new geographies and subject areas. You’ll track key metrics, deliver cross‑functional programs, and define the CX foundation for each launch. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona, Spain.
