Senior Executive, Tenders and Contracts

The Senior Executive, Commercial, is responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes and supporting contract administration activities. The role ensures that all tenders and contracts are commercially sound, compliant with company policies, and aligned with business objectives. Lead and coordinate the preparation, submission and management of commercial proposals and tenders, ensuring full compliance with client specifications and company policies. Identify and provide tender strategies, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement. Respond promptly to enquiries and follow up with customers after offers are made. Negotiate, execute and manage Charter Party Contracts and amendments with clients, ensuring compliance with the Company's Commercial Process. Manage and update opportunities in the internal CRM system.
