The Patient Advocacy and Support Office (PASO) at the National University Health System (NUHS) is an integral part of our commitment to delivering incredible care and health together with patients, caregivers, and the community.Working cross-functionally, we champion and foster a culture of person- and family-centred care and service excellence across the NUHS cluster. We drive engagements and collaborations with patient advocates and the community in clinical and academic domains to achieve better health outcomes.

Job Description
  • Champion Patient Person- and Family-CentredCare
    • Contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of patient and care r partnership initiatives.
    • Facilitate engagement efforts to incorporate patient and care r giver perspectives into care partnership initiatives.
    • Support training, campaigns and awareness programmes that promote person- and family-centred care across NUHS.
