Senior Executive II/Assistant Manager (Volunteer Development and Engagement)

The person will be part of the Volunteer and Community Engagement team in Care Corner, supporting the delivery of the Appropriate Adult Scheme for Young Suspects (AAYS) Programme and organisation-wide volunteer programmes. The role focuses on volunteer training, management and operational coordination to ensure effective programme delivery and positive volunteer experiences.

• Work with the AAYS team to recruit, retain, manage and develop volunteers in accordance with Care Corner’s Volunteer Management Framework.
• Plan, develop and oversee training engagements for the Appropriate Adult Scheme for Young Suspects (AAYS) and organisation-wide volunteer programmes.
