SENIOR EXECUTIVE - HVAC TECHNICAL SUPPORT & SOLUTIONS

Provide technical support to support and drive HVAC sales across sales companies. Responsible for products including commercial air-conditioning systems (PAC, VRF, and DX-AHU), residential air-conditioning systems (RAC), ERVs, fans, ceiling fans, BMS (Building Management Systems), and A2W (Air-to-Water) systems.

Respond to technical inquiries in APAC countries and handle pre/on/after-sales market requests, including assisting with design changes, considering alternative solutions, and providing on-site support for problem resolution.

To prepare the new training contents to meet with APAC sales companies’ requirement and providing training at PAPAMY or each country.

Conducting compatibility testing with third-party products and issuing a report on the test.

Develop new solutions utilizing internal and external devices.
