Sr Executive-HRBP Area(s) of responsibility Location: Hyderabad Educational Qualification: MBA -HR Experience : 2-4 Years Job Overview The HRBP Executive will serve as the dedicated Vertical HRBP, partnering closely with business managers and project managers to drive people strategy and operational excellence across the assigned vertical. Role & responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct regular meetings with respective business units. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Drive engagement initiatives across the vertical — pulse surveys, focus groups, recognition programs, and connect sessions. Translate pulse feedback into concrete action plans with managers.
