Senior Executive, Branch Maintenance

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our Branch Maintenance team at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our branch network, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

1. Tenancy Agreement Management:

• Coordinate tenancy-related matters including renewal, relocation, termination, and reinstatement of branch premises.
• Liaise and negotiate with landlords on tenancy terms and related matters in accordance with company requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and relevant departments on tenancy matters and documentation requirements.
