The Executive and above for Strategic Planning plays a pivotal role in driving the Department of Medicine’s strategic priorities, workforce planning, and operational excellence. The role is responsible for supporting long‑term departmental planning, monitoring key performance indicators, and coordinating strategic initiatives aligned with NUH’s institutional goals.

In addition, the role oversees and administers HR and manpower‑related matters for clinicians (including consultants, associate consultants, resident physicians, and medical officers), ensuring efficient deployment, timely processing of HR actions, and strong stakeholder engagement.
