Key Responsibilities

• Process and administer student-related matters, including Leave of Absence (LOA) and Short Leave of Absence (SLOA) applications, in accordance with University policies and procedures.
• Monitor and follow up on student cases relating to academic warning, termination, withdrawal, special needs, and students who are missing in action, and provide administrative support and advice on academic matters.
• Support the planning and execution of undergraduate and postgraduate outreach, recruitment, and student engagement, including Open House, Tea Parties, school visits, Science Discovery Camp, Convocation, and related events.
• Coordinate event logistics and administration, including registration, communications, venue setup, stakeholder liaison, catering, and operational support to ensure smooth event delivery.
