Senior Estimator — Hybrid Remote (1–2x/mo Onsite)

Twoconnect is seeking an Estimator to support tender submissions and pre-construction cost control for modular/building projects. The role collaborates with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to develop accurate estimates and manage pricing assumptions.

The candidate will review drawings, quantify scopes, and prepare transparent tender documentation while ensuring alignment with budgets and project feasibility in a hybrid work setting with occasional onsite presence in Ortigas.
