Senior ERP Implementation Consultant (Winnipeg)

Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation at our facilities throughout North America. Strong emphasis on manufacturing and financial experience.
• Liaising with business units and SMEs, configure their ERP (Epicor Kinetic) system to meet the business requirements.
• Lead and execute proof of concept testing, and user acceptance testing, and provide go-live support.
• Oversee and manage the implementation process for companies in scope to ensure on‑time and successful implementation.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead blueprinting sessions with users and stakeholders to identify and document business needs, translating them into system requirements.
• Apply robust analytical, collaborative, and problem solving skills to address complex business challenges and find innovative solutions.
