Position Overview

Our client is seeking an ERP ANalyst or Epicor Kinetic Specialist to support and optimize their growing ERP environment across multiple manufacturing companies. This is a highly visible, business-facing role that serves as the primary point of contact for Epicor users, helping drive adoption, training, troubleshooting, process improvement, and ERP best practices throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Epicor Kinetic experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping users leverage technology to improve business operations. This individual will work closely with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT teams while supporting ongoing ERP enhancements, company integrations, and cloud migration initiatives.
