Senior Engineering Manager
to own two of its core product engineering squads and help shape the technical direction of the platform.
This is a rare dual-mandate role. You will be expected to operate at the strategic level — architecture decisions, cross-functional leadership, engineering culture - while remaining genuinely hands-on. Code reviews, technical spikes, design discussions. You will work directly alongside the CTO and CPO, reporting to the CTO, and lead approximately
15 engineers
across Tech Leads, Mobile, Backend, Frontend, and QA.

GCP-hosted microservices
