Senior Engineer, Water

RVA is seeking a Senior Engineer for our Water team in a full‑time permanent position.

Duties

• Provide project engineering and technical expertise, review hydraulic calculations, analysis, and design services for various water/wastewater treatment facilities
• Manage water/wastewater projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships
• Provide senior review and professional authentication of memos, reports, drawings, and other engineering documents
• Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and final process designs of wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, equalization tanks, outfalls
• Lead studies and Class EAs for water and wastewater projects
• Prepare proposals and reports
• Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory agencies, utility companies, and contractors
