About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Transition new SiC products and processes from prototype stages to full-scale manufacturing Improve the stability of existing processes by minimizing defects and enhancing yield and reliability for qualification Develop alternative processing methods to expand process capabilities and improve manufacturability Create and manage trend and control charts to identify and address deviations in processes Set up production equipment and offer guidance to production operators when technical support is needed Collaborate with the process engineering team to design and execute DOE (Design of Experiments) studies Maintain responsibility for daily process operations, equipment troubleshooting, and mentoring technicians Oversee the release of documentation for assigned tasks and provide technical support to stakeholders in SiC technologies
