You will be a key service POC to our customers in the Defence & Home Land Security of Singapore. Working closely with the team & manage our customer expectations. Looking at ways to improve the reliability & sustainment to extend the life cycle support of the system. Be Part of Our Success
60; Responsible for ensuring the continuous operation, reliability, and performance of critical systems and equipment Manage a team & ensure team adherence to safety and standard operating procedures Be available for emergency recovery, diagnose and resolve faults quickly to minimize downtime Plan & execute preventative & corrective maintenance Communicate effectively with customers & vendors for specialized support Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts usage & maintenance schedules
