Introduction, analysis, and optimization of manufacturing processes in the CRS area (Pump/Injector) Process control considering manufacturing costs and product quality in machining environments Commercial evaluation of production equipment in relation to optimal supply chain Analysis and evaluation of cross-departmental manufacturing cost changes Monitoring the development of new systems and technologies Development of Make or Buy concepts to implement the most economical solution Adherence to deadlines, quality, and cost targets Greenfield and Brownfield cost calculations for machined parts (from castings, forgings, bar steel / special steels) and assemblies Cost tracking at platform level (change management) Portfolio analysis using target, goal, and actual costs and defining savings pot...
