Senior Engineer-Automation

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze processes for automation opportunities and develop end-to-end solution blueprints
• Design and implement scalable automation solutions using RPA and workflow platforms
• Lead and mentor automation engineers, providing guidance, code reviews, and best practices
• Support stakeholder engagement and deliver training to drive automation adoption within teams
• Oversee solution deployment, performance tracking, and business value measurement
• Collaborate on project planning and execution, managing risks, issues, and timelines
