Senior Embedded Systems Engineer

Job Description

• Lead the development and delivery of embedded firmware and subsystem solutions
• Perform advanced debugging, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Define and execute validation and testing strategies
• Assess change impacts and maintain system integrity
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical reviews
• Drive telemetry, observability, and system performance improvements

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in embedded systems, firmware development, and system integration
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Experience with validation, testing, and change management
• Comfortable leading technical projects and mentoring engineer
• Proficiency with Claude Code is essential
• Minimum 8+ years' experience in embedded systems engineering
