Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with specialized expertise in cable and connector systems for offshore wind. The ideal candidate will lead engineering, testing, and commissioning of high‑voltage cable/connector systems, including termination, diagnostics, and repair.

Job Description

• Support internal product development, develop internal standards, strategy for offshore commissioning of power cables, and provide input to the longer term DIAC commissioning strategy.
• Specify cable management, test and termination procedures of inter‑array cable connections.
• Knowledge of top‑side layouts, topside connectors from various suppliers and ability to generate specifications and documentation to support supply chain.
