Responsibilities
- Architect and build distributed systems for real-time data streaming, telemetry, and large-scale compute orchestration
- Design and scale cloud simulation infrastructure and training pipelines
- Build reliable, fault-tolerant backend services that operate under production constraints
- Optimise system performance, latency, and throughput across distributed clusters
- Collaborate with research and product teams to translate requirements into scalable system designs
- Own the reliability and operational health of the systems you build
- 7+ years of experience in distributed systems engineering
- Proven track record working on a tech stack that has shipped to market (not just internal tooling or prototypes)
- Strong proficiency in at least two of: Go, Rust, C++, Python
