This is a frontline leadership role responsible for driving underwriting strategy, execution, and performance across multiple lending channels. As channel volume grows and the business continues expanding into Non-QM and new product offerings, this leader will bring fresh perspective, modernize processes, and introduce scalable solutions across underwriting operations.
