About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Operations to lead a large portfolio of cleaning operations across multiple client sites. Reporting to the Vice President, Eastern Canada, you will provide leadership to a team of Operations Directors and operational leaders responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients. This role is accountable for operational performance, financial results, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and developing the operations team.
