About the Role
Summary:
Oversees, develops and executes strategy for Document Shared Services Operations, to encompass incoming and outgoing communications, including document imaging, records services, print mail, insurance contract distribution and mail distribution services.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Supports the operations strategy by providing centralized business services through the Document Shared Services organization
Translates operations business strategy to operational objectives by directing centralized services that further the objectives of the strategy.
Ensures key operational, administrative, budget, and overall production expectations are met on a regular and consistent basis; includes operations performed either inside or through a strategic partner.
