Senior Desk Expeditor (Singapore)

RINA is supporting a leading EPC client in Singapore and is looking for an experienced Senior Desk Expeditor to support major Oil & Gas / Energy projects.


Location: Singapore (International Business Park)
Employment Type: Contract (2 Years)
Working Days: Monday – Friday


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and expedite supplier purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Track manufacturing progress and coordinate with vendors, package managers, and project teams.

  • Review supplier progress reports and identify potential schedule risks.

  • Support inspection and logistics activities, including shipment documentation and release for shipment.

  • Coordinate recovery plans for delayed deliveries and escalate critical issues.
