What You Will Do

• Define and execute regional strategy across Europe, aligning with global business objectives and growth targets.
• Hold full accountability for regional prospecting, opportunity conversions, and pursuit consumption choice
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities via OVR process across all SBUs and sustainment; build and maintain a strong pipeline to drive sustainable revenue expansion.
• Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with customers, partners, government entities, and strategic stakeholders to strengthen long‑term partnerships.
• Support the Strategy Development team in exploring market entry and expansion strategies and established markets, leveraging local insights and competitive intelligence.
