About the role

SHIFT TIMING: 3PM to 12AM (4 days in office)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working as part of a squad, delivering through agile methodologies
• Design, prototype, develop, test, and deploy applications and on business requirements using agreed design patterns
• Automation, management of Infra as Code stack
• Optimizing the build and release process
• Working in collaboration with stakeholders and peers to identify requirements
• Solving software engineering challenges, providing help in breaking down large problems into smaller iterative steps
• Contributing to defining the prioritization of your squad’s backlog
• Contributing to the continuous development and maturing of design patterns for others to follow
• Picking the most appropriate tool, method, and design pattern to satisfy business requirements
• Proactively improving things when issues are identified
