Position Responsibilities: 
Resolve written enquiries received from customers, agents, government sectors, regulatory bodies, etc.
Conduct investigations independently and offer quality resolutions to customers to resolve the matters
Ensure cases are handled within the standard turnaround time and in compliance with the company guidelines and regulatory requirements
Work with other departments on case resolution and streamline the workflow to enhance customer experience
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects
Required Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of life insurance products is an advantage
