Senior Credentialing Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Credentialing Specialist to be the technical authority behind our credentialing operation and a client-facing presence on prospect and customer calls. You will personally handle complex credentialing applications, validate audit findings, join audit-delivery calls and closing calls alongside our sales team, train SDRs on credentialing fundamentals, and build the SOPs and playbooks that scale the operation.

This is not a back-office role. You will speak directly with US healthcare practice owners, practice managers, and physicians during audit walkthroughs and credentialing scope discussions. Your job is to be the credentialing expert in the room — answering technical questions, building credibility for the engagement, and helping the SDR close.
