The **Senior Counsel, FERC Regulatory** reports to a Managing Counsel in the Litigation, Employment, Environmental & Regulatory team. The role will collaborate with colleagues across a large corporate law department in a publicly traded, international energy company.
Experience with FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) pipeline regulations is a must for this role, and experience with liquids pipelines is strongly preferred.
Position is based in our Houston, TX corporate office.

+ Providing Legal counsel, advice, and support to midstream business units subject to FERC regulation, particularly on issues where FERC regulation impacts commercial strategy.
+ Delivering advice and training to midstream and commercial business units to ensure compliance with FERC Standards of Conduct.
