Hydra Host, Inc. is seeking a qualified Corporate Lawyer based in Singapore to advise on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate structuring. The successful candidate will manage transactions and ensure compliance with Singapore law while liaising with regulators and external counsels.

Requirements include being a qualified lawyer with 2–8 years PQE in corporate practice, strong skills in drafting and negotiation, and experience in cross-border transactions desirable.
