Senior Corporate Finance Associate

Senior Associate - Corporate Finance Job Family : Accounting (India) Travel Required : Up to 25% Clearance Required : None What You Will Do : General ledger accounting – Prepare and post journal entries including accurals, prepayment and adjustments. Manage and execute month end, quarter end, and year end close processes. Account reconciliations - Perform/review reconciliation and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner. Support Financial reporting and variance analysis for management review. Ensure accuracy and completeness of GL accounts in line with company policies. Assist in Statutory audits, internal audits & SOX compliance requirements. Support Intercompany accounting and reconciliations across global entities. Understand financial policies and control matrixes. Perform weekly Bank Reconciliation process for multiple international banks.
