About the Role
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be responsible for processing shipping documents
- Match the pickup order and all relevant documents within the booking slips
- Ensure compliance to customers' shipping requirements/ instructions
- Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely
- Ensure copy of all relevant shipping documents are passed to accounts and permit teams for processing
- Fax documents and scan pre-alerts as required
- Sort airway bills and export permits for posting
- Ensure permits are declared for all shipments
- Manage any other jobs as and when necessary
- Applicants with knowledge and experiencing in managing Air Freight Export Operations preferred
- Good administrative skills
