+ At least seven (7) years of experience inprogram management, contracting, acquisition planning or a combination of the three. Previous ICE (Integrated Contracts Expert) experience is preferred.
+ Current or previous FAC-C Certification for minimum of five (5) years is required or civilian equivalent.
