You will:
Prepare and deliver income tax returns across a broad range of clients covering corporate, international and private groups, including companies and trustsDeliver income tax-focused advisory work across a range of areas, such as business/group restructures, mergers and acquisitions and international expansionSupport ATO reviews and audits through preparation of technical responses and documentationConsider key income tax issues such as capital gains tax rollovers, tax consolidation, tax loss utilisation, Division 7A, thin capitalisation and significant global entitiesBe involved in the delivery of tax risk management and governance frameworks for businesses & groupsUndertake technical tax research and apply legislation and ATO guidance to client scen...
