The Role

As Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Lead and deliver monitoring and evaluation projects, including designing theories of change and evaluation frameworks
  • Manage a portfolio of work and junior team members
  • Ensure high-quality client service through effective communication and creative problem-solving
  • Contribute to business development and bid writing
